Jiggle is a technology provider offering self-custodial software solutions for managing digital assets.
We provide a user interface and technical integration that enables access to services offered by independent third-party providers, described throughout as our Partners.
Jiggle and its Partners operate as independent contractors and do not act as agents for one another. All third-party providers act on their own behalf and are solely responsible for the services they offer.
All financial services are provided exclusively by third-party partners. Jiggle's role is limited to software development and the provision of technical access to these services.
What Jiggle Does Not Do
Jiggle does not provide crypto or financial services.
In particular, Jiggle:
- Does not buy, sell, or exchange cryptocurrencies, nor act as an offeror of crypto assets.
- Does not promote, offer, or invite users to purchase securities or financial instruments in any jurisdiction.
- Is not a party to any relationship between users and third-party providers (including fiat gateways).
- Does not act as a reseller, merchant of record, or exchange provider.
- Does not provide lending services or extend credit.
- Does not set, control, or determine exchange rates.
- Does not hold custody of, access to, or control over users' funds, cryptocurrencies, or tokens at any stage.
- Does not charge end users for services or transactions.
- Does not collect, verify, or store KYC data.
